Featured Debut Novelist: Stephanie Landsem

Stephanie Landsem writes historical fiction because she loves adventure in far-off times and places.

Picture
When Stephanie can’t travel, she reads. She loves fiction, of course, but she's often found behind a stack of history books or searching the web for historical tidbits.

Stephanie makes her home in Minnesota with her husband of more than 20 years, four children, three fat cats, and a tortoise named Moe. When she's not writing Biblical fiction, she's feeding the ravenous horde of kids and their friends, volunteering at church and school, battling dandelions, and dreaming about her next adventure – whether it be in person or on the page.

The following is a February 2014 interview with Stephanie.

Welcome to the Soul Inspirationz stop for the promotion of In the Shadow of Jezebel by Mesu Andrews!

We are having a scavenger hunt! Wanna play? Read the rules and then jump right in!

Somewhere in my review below, there is a single word that is in BOLD AND ALL CAPITALS. Write it down. Then, go to the other stops to find more hidden words. Once you have all the words, unscramble them to find a verse from the Scriptures. You can enter it into the Rafflecopter on any of the stops to have a chance to win a great prize from Mesu herself!
